Tips for the best Cob Loaf Chicken Sandwich

Opt for Rotisserie Chicken: For a quicker, hassle-free option, pick up a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from your local supermarket. It’s a huge time-saver and still delivers the same great flavour when shredded.

Create a Sturdy Shell: Remove some of the inner bread from both the top and bottom halves of the cob loaf to form a strong shell. This helps prevent sogginess and ensures your filling stays in place.
