Ingredients

  • 400g Caramilk chocolate

  • 1 packet (250g) Scotch Finger biscuits, roughly sliced

  • 1 cup snakes or lollies of choice, chopped

  • 2 cups marshmallows, halved

  • 1/2 cup Rice Bubbles

  • 1/2 cup Maltesers, roughly crushed

  • 1/4 cup M&M’s (for topping)

Directions

  • Line a square baking tin (20x20cm) with baking paper, ensuring there’s some overhang for easy removal.
  • Break up the Caramilk chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl. Melt it gently in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Scotch Finger biscuits, lollies, marshmallows, maltesers and Rice Bubbles. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and press it down to make sure it’s even. Sprinkle the M&M’s on top.
  • Place the rocky road in the fridge for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
  • Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
