Tips for the perfect Thai Basil Pork Stir Fry
- Customise: Feel free to add your favourite vegetables to this stir fry! Snow peas, capsicum, or mushrooms make great additions. For extra heat, add more chilli or a splash of sriracha. You can also swap the pork mince for chicken, beef, or tofu to suit your taste or dietary preferences.
- Chop, Don’t Mince: Chop the garlic and ginger instead of mincing them to prevent them from sticking to the wok or skillet and burning on high heat.
- Serving suggestions: The pork absorbs all the sauce, creating a rich flavour. Be sure to serve it with rice or vermicelli noodles to balance out the intensity. For a low calorie option, serve it in lettuce cups.
